Our Mission
We are a group of citizens concerned about the air quality in our community. Currently, nothing new is happening with the Aries Gasification Proposal for the city so, another important issue with the community's air has been brought to our attention. That is the air and noise pollution created by the cement aggregate facility located at 120 R Berkley Street in Taunton. Go to Get the Facts to see their concerns.
On January 25th our members along with local residents near the Dauphiniais concrete facility attended a Taunton Zoning Board Meeting to oppose the company's proposal for installing gas tanks in the facility. This proposal was voted down by the board whose chairman, Dennis Ackerman, suggested that the company meet with the residents to discuss their concerns. For that reason we sent the letter below to the company and received the email reply next to the letter.
